Copper 12 Studios
Brindle Bounce Privacy Policy
Brindle Bounce is operated by Copper 12 Studios LLC. This policy explains how information is handled when you play the iOS game, use its advertising and purchase features, or contact us.
Your game and device
Progress, settings, high scores, tutorial state, owned items and reward records are saved on your device. The game has no player accounts, chat, user-generated-content service or developer-operated cloud-save server. Tilt input is used on your device to steer your character. We do not send your game saves or tilt measurements to a game server.
Deleting the app removes its local game data. Device backups managed by Apple may retain a copy according to your device settings. Internal QA builds use temporary game progress and test advertising inventory.
Purchases
Apple processes in-app payments through StoreKit. The app verifies transaction information and stores purchase entitlements and delivery records locally to unlock items and prevent duplicate deliveries. Copper 12 Studios does not receive your payment-card details. Apple handles its purchase records and refunds under its own policies. Restoring eligible permanent purchases does not restore spent consumables or your game progress.
Advertising and rewards
The game uses Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK) for automatic interstitial ads between eligible runs and optional rewarded ads. Automatic ads are subject to gameplay and cooldown checks. Remove Ads suppresses automatic ads; you may still choose rewarded ads.
A completed rewarded ad can provide one revive or extra crystals equal to the crystals collected during that flight. The game grants the selected reward only after the advertising service reports completion. Closing an ad before completion or an ad failure does not earn a reward. Reward records are kept locally to prevent repeat claims.
Version 1.0 requests Google Limited Ads and disables Google's publisher first-party ID feature. Limited Ads do not personalize advertising and disable advertising features that depend on local identifiers, such as frequency capping and conversion tracking. The app does not request Apple's App Tracking Transparency permission or directly retrieve the advertising identifier (IDFA), and does not use cross-app tracking. Limited Ads still involve data processing; they do not mean that no information is collected.
Information processed by Google
Google's advertising and consent SDKs can process your IP address and approximate location derived from it; device or app-scoped identifiers; advertising data such as impressions and video views; product interactions; and crash, performance and other diagnostic information. Google uses this information to deliver and measure ads, operate consent features, analyze service performance, and detect fraud or abuse. Programmatic Limited Ads uses fraud-prevention-only cookies and local storage to detect invalid traffic and abuse. These security identifiers may be associated with a device; they are not used by this configuration for personalized advertising or cross-app advertising measurement. Google's general SDK privacy declarations cover additional capabilities beyond the Limited Ads configuration used by this app.
Google and advertising partners may receive information needed to deliver, measure and secure ads. The app does not include a separate developer analytics service or additional mediation SDKs. Google's services and participating advertising partners have their own privacy practices.
Consent and privacy choices
The app uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to update consent information and display applicable privacy messages. Ad requests are gated on whether UMP permits them; a consent-update failure leaves new ad requests blocked until a successful retry. The SDK maintains consent choices for later sessions.
When available for your region and consent state, open Settings → Ad privacy choices to review or change your choices. Availability is determined by UMP. Changing choices clears loaded ads before subsequent requests use the updated state. Apple device privacy settings provide additional controls. Limited Ads does not override your privacy choices or eliminate regional consent requirements.
Support and third-party services
If you email us, we receive your email address, message and any information you choose to include so we can respond. Please do not send passwords or payment-card details. Support email is handled through Google Workspace. Apple and Google may process information on servers outside your country.
Retention and your choices
Local records remain until removed with the app or otherwise replaced by normal game operation. We keep support correspondence as needed to answer requests and maintain relevant business records. Apple, Google and advertising partners determine retention for information they process under their policies; we do not promise a fixed deletion period for their systems.
You can contact us about privacy questions or requests. We will respond as appropriate to the information we hold and applicable requirements. We cannot identify or delete third-party records that we do not control. We use reasonable measures to protect information, but no storage or transmission method is completely secure.
Updates and contact
We may update this policy as the app or its services change. The effective date above identifies the current policy.
